AI is the future of learning for our kids, but it seems like so many companies out there are missing the mark, building tutors, or lesson generators, don't get me started... but when I set out to create Ama AI, I envisioned more than an intelligent platform—I dreamed of a digital advocate and caring companion for our children. As a disability advocate and Autism mom, I understand the impact of a nurturing presence. There is only one of me, and I know I can't always be there and I worry about who helps and advocates for my son then. That is why we designed Ama to be more, to be persistent, to be that trusted companion, dedicated to helping your child become the best version of themselves.

The name AMA carries deep significance for us. Beyond being an acronym for our innovative AI solution, “Ama” in many cultures resonates with words like caretaker, nanny, and a nurturing grandmother figure. It also playfully suggests “Ask me anything :)”, reflecting our commitment to openness, curiosity, and engagement. This layered meaning embodies our mission: to provide a steady, reliable presence that empowers kids to overcome challenges and embrace their potential.
